Privacy notice

Fuund collects the account, organization, property, financing and document information you provide to operate the service, evaluate financing requests, connect approved lenders and support transactions through closing.

Authorized Fuund personnel may access transaction information to operate the service. Lenders invited to a specific deal can access that deal only, and can view only documents Fuund has explicitly approved for lender visibility. Fuund does not sell personal information.

We use Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting and storage, Google Analytics for product usage, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information on Fuund's behalf.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, banking passwords, payment-card data or other credentials. Financial documents may nevertheless contain confidential business information and should only be uploaded by someone authorized to share them.

Fuund retains transaction records while needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing daniel@fuund.me. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or contractual reasons.
